QHHT vs QUHT

What’s the Difference?

Both QHHT and QUHT are hypnosis methods designed to guide you into a deep state of awareness where you can access your subconscious/Higher Self. QUHT was developed from the foundation of QHHT, expanding on its structure with additional layers, flexibility, and nuance. Each approach offers a different experience depending on what you’re seeking.

QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique)

The original, structured method

QHHT was developed by Dolores Cannon and follows a very specific and established process.

  • Conducted in person only

  • Follows a fixed, step-by-step structure

  • Includes past life regression and Higher Self communication

  • Preserved in its original form and methodology

This path is best for those who:

  • Are familiar with Dolores Cannon’s work

  • Specifically want to experience her method as it was designed

  • Feel called to a traditional, structured approach

QUHT (Quantum Universal Hypnosis Technique)

An expanded and evolving approach

QUHT was developed as an evolution of QHHT, maintaining its core intention while introducing more flexibility and depth.

  • Can be done in person or remotely

  • Adapts more fluidly to the individual, specially those with analytical minds

In addition to past life exploration and Higher Self connection, QUHT may include access to:

  • A personal inner space or “temple” for guidance

  • A healing light environment for energetic restoration

  • Advanced healing spaces (such as a specialized healing room, when needed)

  • Opportunities to receive support or insight related to physical conditions, when appropriate

  • The possibility of inviting supportive presences or connections into the session for healing purposes

This method is ideal for those who:

Session Format Options

Choose the structure that best supports your energy, schedule, and depth of work.

Sessions can be experienced either in a single extended sitting or divided into two separate appointments. Both formats offer the same depth, the difference is simply how the experience is paced.

Option 1: One-Day Immersive Session

Best for those who prefer a continuous, deep dive

  • Includes interview, hypnosis, and integration in one sitting

  • Typically lasts 4–6 hours or longer

  • Allows for a fully immersive, uninterrupted experience

This format can feel powerful and expansive, though it requires mental and physical stamina.

Two-Part Session (Recommended for Many)

A more spacious and manageable approach

Session 1: Interview & Preparation

  • 2–3 hours

  • We explore your background, intentions, and questions

  • You begin opening the process without needing to go into hypnosis yet

Session 2: Hypnosis Experience

  • 2–3 hours or longer

  • Dedicated fully to the hypnosis journey and integration

Spacing the session this way allows your mind and body to process gradually, often creating a more relaxed and receptive experience.

Before Your Session

Your session begins before we meet.

Preparing your body, mind, and environment allows you to relax more deeply and access your inner world with greater clarity. These guidelines are designed to support a focused, safe, and meaningful experience.

  • Take time to reflect on what you’d like to explore.

    You may come with:

    • Questions about your life, patterns, or relationships

    • Areas where you feel blocked or unclear

    • A general desire for insight or connection

    If requested, submit your questions in advance so we can use them as guidance during your session.

  • Your body plays an important role in how deeply you can relax.

    • Get a full night of rest before your session

    • Eat light and stay hydrated

    • Wear comfortable, loose clothing

    Arriving physically at ease helps quiet the mind and supports a smoother experience.

  • To maintain clarity and awareness:

    • Avoid alcohol or recreational substances before your session

    • Inform me of any medications that may affect your state of awareness

    This ensures your experience is clear, grounded, and fully accessible to you.

  • Your space should support uninterrupted focus.

    • Choose a quiet, private room

    • Remove distractions (phones, notifications, pets if possible)

    • Let others in your home know you’ll need uninterrupted time

    Silence and privacy allow you to go deeper without interruption.

  • Hypnosis requires sustained attention.

    • No multitasking during the session

    • No observers or companions present

    • No background noise (TV, music, conversations)

    This is your time to fully turn inward.

  • You don’t need to “do it right.”

    • There is no perfect way to experience hypnosis

    • You don’t need to force anything to happen

    • Your role is simply to relax and allow

    Your system will reveal what is ready, in its own way and timing.

  • Sessions are immersive and unhurried. If you decided to do a single session
